● Please complete the admission procedures at the front desk on the 3rd floor. Be sure to inform the front desk that you have a meal reservation.
● An additional admission fee is required to enter the facilities. Please check the official website for various admission plans.
● You may also use the facility solely for dining purposes without paying the admission fee. (However, access to other facilities such as the large bathhouse is not permitted. If desired on the day of visit, it is possible to pay the regular admission fee for entry.)
● Please note that we may be unable to accommodate requests regarding seat preferences.
● If we are unable to reach you 30 minutes past your reserved time, we may have to cancel your reservation. Therefore, please be sure to contact us if you will be late.
● For reservations of 13 or more persons, please contact the establishment directly.
● Persons with tattoos are not permitted to enter. However, fashion tattoos that can be completely covered by our designated cover stickers (available for a fee) may be worn while inside the facility.
● Children under 12 years of age are not allowed to enter, regardless of area. Additionally, guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by someone aged 18 or older (high school students excluded).
