数々の星付きレストランを経験した2人のシェフが織りなす料理は、日本ならではの食材を生かしつつ、フレンチをベースにしながら和洋中の食材や技法を取り入れた新感覚の"IZAKAYA"料理。

ディナー当日は
香港・東京の両店で愛されてきた「海南チキンパエリヤ」やほかシグネチャーディッシュの数々をペアリング付きのCENSUらしい特別なコースをお愉しみいただけます。
また、今回はTHE AOYAMA GRAND HOTELのシェフが「ご馳走旅」と題して全国を行脚し見つけた日本各地の美味しい食材を使用し、春の旬をたっぷりご堪能いただきます。
