● As we serve an Omakase Course, please inform us of any food allergies or ingredients you cannot eat at the time of booking. Requests made upon arrival without prior notice may not be accommodated. Please also check with your companions. Please note that we are unable to accommodate guests with extensive allergies, those who cannot eat raw fish, vegetarians, or those requiring gluten-free options. If we are unable to reach you via phone, SMS, or email, we may unfortunately have to cancel your reservation.

● The use of strong perfumes or colognes is discouraged as it may inconvenience other guests.

● Seat selection within the counter area cannot be accommodated.

● Children may only dine at the counter or in semi-private rooms if they can partake in the course menu.

● If we cannot reach you 30 minutes past your reserved time, we may have to treat the reservation as canceled. Please be sure to contact us if you’re running late.

● For reservations of 12 or more guests, please contact the restaurant directly.

● To make any changes to a reservation, please cancel it online and rebook.

● QR code payments such as PayPay cannot be used.

● Entry is not permitted until 5 minutes before your scheduled time. For reservations at 13:30 on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, entry is not allowed until 13:30 due to seating preparations.

● Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building.
