*Even if the reservation slots are full, we can accommodate you if you wait in line at the store on the day.

✅Please note that the serving time of the food may be delayed depending on how crowded the restaurant is.

✅From Jun, seat reservations will be expanded to Weekdays 11:00, 13:00, 17:00, and 19:00
※We want to shorten the waiting time in hot weather.

✅ Reservation slots for the following month are opened on the 1st of each month.

✅Please make reservations based on the number of people, including children. *When reserving multiple tables, please indicate this in the "Request" field. *Even if you reserve multiple tables, the seats cannot be connected. Also, depending on the reservation situation, we may not be able to seat people next to each other. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

✅For reserved items, we only accept the same items per group. Thank you for your understanding. *For children under 10 years old, we will accept your preferred orders at the store.

✅Cancellation fee: If you cancel 3 days prior to the day before, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged, and if you cancel on the day of the reservation, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. ✅The seating time is limited to 105 minutes for course menus and 90 minutes for single-serving set items. Thank you for your understanding. *The estimated serving time for course meals is 90 minutes. *We will accept additional orders within the time limit, so please speak to a member of staff. *We do not accept time extensions for course reservations. Thank you for your understanding.

✅If you are more than 30 minutes late for your reservation without contacting us, your reservation may be automatically cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.

✅We do not accept requests to change the number of people or specify seats in the request section. Thank you for your understanding.
