After Tokuyoshi returned to Japan and a 3-month renovation period, we will be holding a grand reopening event with Japan's only Parma ham craftsman, Tada! The interior of the restaurant has been completely renovated, with all the interior and furniture replaced! We have packed in all of Alter Ego's thoughts and ideas for the future, and have created a more powerful interior, with Tada's best pershu and Tokuyoshi and Hirayama's dishes.
