▶︎You will be able to use the service for 1 hour and 30 minutes from the reservation time, including payment. If you make a reservation from 7:00 pm, you will have one hour of use as the store closes at 8:00 pm. Thank you for your understanding.
▶︎There is limited parking when you visit us. If possible, please share your car with us, and if the parking lot is full, please use the paid parking lot in the back.
▶︎Children can only be accompanied if they order the same 4-course sweets set as adults or the 2-course set for children. In that case, please enter the number of children when making a reservation. For the time being, we will refrain from carrying infants or visiting the store in strollers. Thank you for your understanding.
▶︎When visiting our store, we ask all customers to order a sweets set.
▶︎Thank you for your understanding as we cannot accommodate any allergies or intolerances. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us. Main ingredients used: strawberries, apples, fresh cream, chocolate (cacao), mozzarella cheese, eggs, etc.
▶︎If you cancel on the day or the day before, please be sure to contact us by phone. If you wish to cancel on the same day, please be sure to contact us by phone from 1 hour before the store opens. If you cancel after opening hours, a cancellation fee of 2,750 yen per person will be charged. If the store is closed, we may not be able to answer the phone, so please use our answering machine.
