The Mentai France bread for same-day in-store sales is baked in three batches at 9:30, 12:00, and 13:30.

[Reservations]
● Reservations for the following month become available on the 15th of the current month.
Example: Starting February 15, reservations for March open!
● Whether reserving in advance or purchasing in-store, there is a limit of 3 pieces per person for Mentai France.
※ If visiting as a group, one representative cannot make reservations on behalf of everyone. Each individual must place their own reservation and select the desired quantity (up to 3 pieces).
● For Mentai France specifically, once all reservation slots are filled, no further reservations or holds will be accepted for that day.
※ Holds cannot be placed for same-day in-store sales of Mentai France.

Regarding payment
Since there is only one cash register, even customers who have made a reservation may need to wait in line, depending on the crowd level and time of day.
As a result, pick-up times may be later than the reserved time.
Please come to the store with ample time to spare.
The final pickup time for reserved items is 5:00 PM.
If you expect to be late, please contact us.
Without notification, the reservation will be canceled.
