Effective October 1, 2022, our business hours will be as follows

・Lunch；11:30～14:30（L.O. 14:30)
・Tea; 14:30-17:30
・Dinner
　　Sunday - Wednesday; 17:30 - 21:00 (L.O. 20:00)
　　Thursday - Saturday; 17:30 - 23:00 (L.O. 22:00)

*Closed for dinner on Sundays if no reservations have been made by 9:00 p.m. the day before.

The menu is supervised by Yusuke Namai, owner chef of the popular French restaurant "Ode" in Hiroo, Tokyo, which was awarded a Michelin star in 2020. "Modern Seafood Grill" features seafood and vegetables imported from all over Japan and cooked in a characteristic kiln.
The restaurant is a sophisticated modern space created with a unified sense of aesthetics, from the interior design, cuisine, tableware, art, and music, and also has a private terrace with a view of Ginza.
