【Requests when making a reservation】
▶︎ Payment is not completed for TableCheck reservations. Please complete the payment again at the store on the day of your visit.
▶Online reservations are accepted until 22:00 the day before your visit.
▶When ordering mizutaki, please order for the number of people visiting.
▶If a child under 12 years old would like to eat one serving of mizutaki, please include them in the number of adults in the reservation.
▶Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request for seat selection.
▶If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your reservation, we may have to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to call us if you will be late.
▶Please note that if you arrive after 8:30 p.m., you will not be able to enter the store.
▶Seating time is 2 hours (120 minutes).
【Cancellation policy】
If canceled, the following fees will be charged.
Cancellations and changes in number of people the day before or on the day of your visit: 4,150 yen per person
