We do not have English-speaking staff. Please contact us by phone through the hotel concierge who can speak Japanese.

▶We will start serving everyone at the same time at 6:30pm. You can enter the restaurant 15 minutes before.
※ If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be cancelled (100% cancellation fee) and you will not be allowed to enter the restaurant.
In the unlikely event that you are not on time, we will not be able to serve you all of your food.
※ We plan to allow approximately 3 hours for your meal. Please allow plenty of time for your visit.
If you leave the restaurant before the end of the meal, we will only serve the food up to that point.

▶ maximum number of people per group is 3. We do not accept reservations for 4 or more people, nor do we reserve the entire venue.
Please do not make reservations for friends or family members on the same day (i.e., split into two groups of 4 or more people). *We want you to dine quietly, so we have a maximum of 3 people.
▶We do not accept reservations on behalf of others.
▶We do not accept seating requests. Thank you for your understanding.
▶Children must be 13 years of age or older.
▶Please refrain from wearing excessive perfume, shorts or sandals. Smart casual attire is recommended.
