Enjoy fresh strawberries and other seasonal fruits, as well as seafood and vegetables from Kumamoto Prefecture, a treasure trove of deliciousness and nature.

One cocktail [Salty Red (Kumamoto's watermelon cocktail)
This frozen cocktail is a twist on the classic tequila-based “margarita” cocktail, using Kumamoto watermelon. The salt on the rim of the glass enhances the sweetness and flavor of the watermelon.
Non-alcoholic drinks are also available.
