　Please allow ample time for your arrival if you wish to use the facilities.
▶In addition to the treatment time, please allow time for filling out a medical record, consultation,
　changing clothes, and breaks during the treatment.
　Please feel free to discuss any plans you may have before or after your appointment.
▶If you have allergies (food, medication, cosmetics, etc.), are pregnant, or have undergone
　a major illness or surgery within the past six months, please feel free to discuss any concerns
you may have.
▶We may refuse treatment on the day of your appointment depending on your physical condition and safety.
▶Please refrain from using the facilities after consuming alcohol, and from using the facilities
　if you are under 16 years of age.
▶If we are unable to contact you after your scheduled appointment time, we may unfortunately
　have to cancel your appointment.
