We will be hosting a one-day-only winemaker's dinner pairing with Il Fait Beau, a cutting-edge winery garnering attention in Chikuma City, Nagano Prefecture.

Enjoy a selection of exceptional wines that reflect the winery's unique worldview and the story of the land, accompanied by a course meal prepared exclusively for the occasion.

With commentary from the producers, enjoy a special dinner that will allow you to gain a deeper understanding of the background of the wines, the passion of the makers, and the flavors created by Chikuma's climate.

~Winery Introduction~ "IL-Faitbeau"
Opened in 2022, this is Chikuma City's first winery. Il-Faitbeau, meaning "fair weather" in French, is named with the hope of making the region a bright, pleasant, and livable place. This winery focuses on local produce, from grape cultivation to winemaking. The winery strives to maximize the unique characteristics of grapes harvested from the diverse and varied fields scattered throughout the city, creating meticulous wines that express the flavors of the region.
