The appeal of the Strawberry Afternoon Tea Buffet is not only its strawberry-based sweets, but also its wide selection of authentic savory dishes perfect for a late lunch. The buffet features a wide selection of sweets carefully crafted by the pastry team and the warm dishes that Cafe 33 is known for, allowing you to enjoy the elegance of afternoon tea and the satisfaction of a buffet at the same time. In addition, at the Live Station, you can enjoy live sweets such as strawberry Mont Blanc and mascarpone cream and strawberry croissants prepared by our pastry chefs, as well as fresh strawberries* delivered directly from Shibuya Farm, all of which you can enjoy to your heart's content.

Introducing the "Donut Buffet," where you can enjoy hotel-made donuts to your heart's content. For 90 minutes, you can enjoy as many freshly baked donuts and donut-based savory dishes as you like, and even create your own original donut by decorating it to your liking. The photogenic buffet table, perfect for social media, features three types of donuts and over 20 condiments, including chocolate sauce and colorful toppings. Staff will be passing around the tables with trays of savory dishes and a variety of fruits to complement your meal. Free-flowing coffee, tea, herbal tea, and other beverages are available. Enjoy a teatime filled with smiles and fun with family and friends.

This luxurious T-bone steak from Japanese Black Beef allows you to enjoy both the sirloin and the fillet (tenderloin) at the same time, sandwiched between two T-shaped bones. Cut from the loin, which runs from the back to the waist, this cut of Japanese Black Beef is known for its fine marbling and the sweetness of its high-quality fat. Its greatest appeal is its ability to savor the rich flavor of the sirloin and the delicate, tender texture of the fillet, both of which are distinctly different. Grilling it on the bone allows the flavor to slowly permeate the meat from around the bone, further enhancing the savory aroma and juiciness unique to Japanese Black Beef. This satisfying dish, perfect for sharing with two to three people, allows you to enjoy the powerful, natural flavor of the meat. This special menu, both in volume and flavor, is being offered at a special price befitting our 20th anniversary. Reservations are required by the day before.

Approximately 1kg of impressive king crab is grilled to perfection and served with a rich Americana sauce that condenses the delicious flavor of the crab. The fragrantly grilled king crab is firm yet juicy, and its refined sweetness spreads from the moment you put it in your mouth. The carefully crafted Americana sauce further enhances the natural flavor of the ingredients, resulting in a luxurious and highly satisfying dish.

Cafe 33's hugely popular croissant, a staple at breakfast, has been reimagined as a 7cm x 7cm cube. While croissants are usually baked on a baking sheet, each one is carefully baked in a mold, resulting in a beautifully refined shape.

This meticulous process creates a croissant with a crisp, fragrant exterior and a light, fluffy interior. The cube croissant is filled with plenty of fresh cream and decorated with cream and fresh strawberries. It's a new style of croissant that combines cuteness with satisfying flavor.

The set also includes ice cream. Enjoy it as is, or float it in a drink. The gentle sweetness of the ice cream blends perfectly with the iced strawberry latte, creating a delightful moment that complements the croissant's aroma—a unique charm of this season's special set.
