Treatments are not available to pregnant women under 20 weeks pregnant, or those diagnosed with gestational hypertension, diabetes, or threatened preterm labor. Thank you for your understanding.

[Cancellation Policy]
◆If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please contact the spa at least 24 hours in advance. A 100% course fee will be charged for cancellations made after this time. Please note that changes to reservations made within 24 hours may not be accepted depending on the circumstances.
◆ If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, your reservation may be canceled.

◆ The total treatment time is an additional 30 minutes.
◆ Please note that if you arrive late, your treatment time will be shortened.
◆ Please contact us by phone if you are booking for 3 or more people or combining multiple treatments.
◆ A weekend fee of ¥2,000 per person will be charged on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, in addition to the course fee. This also applies during the busy periods of New Year's (December 29th - January 3rd), Golden Week (May 3rd - May 6th), and Obon (August 13th - August 16th). On weekdays other than the above, the course fee will be charged as usual. Please note that the weekend fee does not apply to the following plans.

About Hot Spring Facilities for Visiting Guests
Use of the hot spring facilities before treatments requires advance reservations.

Please arrive earlier than your spa reservation by the amount of time you wish to use the facilities and inform the hotel front desk of your name. You will be given a hot spring facility card key.

*Please note that we are unable to accommodate cleaning times between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. In such cases, we will allow you to use the facilities after your treatment.

*Guests staying at the hotel do not need to make a reservation to use the hot spring facilities. After checking in, use your room card key to use the facilities at any time excluding cleaning times.
