～About reservations～
●You will need to register a credit card.
The credit card information you entered when making a reservation will only be used if a cancellation fee is incurred.
*The payment is not yet completed at the time of reservation.
Please make payment when you arrive. Please be careful not to make any mistakes.
●Please include infants in the number of people in the reservation.
● If you arrived after than 10 minutes of your reservation time, we will cancel your reservation.
Please note that we may not able to accommodate your request. If you are late, please contact us.
●The time is one hour, including entry and exit. If you are 10 minutes late for the reservation time, we may unable to have the seat for you or you may unable to stay for one hour.
●For reservations of 18 or more people, please call us.
●Due to the number of people the table may separate.

-About cancellations-
●Please note that we do not accept refunds for any reason.
・Cancellation the day before: 50% of all fees
・Cancellation on the day: 100% fees
●Self eservations for children under 12 years old are not accepted.
*Please make sure to make reservations with a guardian.
●Advance reservations can be made from 4 months in advance up to 15 minutes before the day.

-Notes on use-
●We may ask you to show your ID to verify your age.
●You may be seated with other customers. Please note that all the seats are service randomly.
●Wheelchairs, crutches, walking sticks, etc. are not allowed in the Owl Area.
●For safety reasons, please follow the staff instructions.

Because owls cannot have toilet trained, your clothes may get dirty. Please wearing clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting dirty to our store.
Please note that we will not taking any responsibility for any accidents that occur during interaction with the owls.
