This is a dinner course where you can enjoy a plate of beef loin from Ehime Prefecture as the main dish. Our courses use local ingredients such as fresh fish from Yawatahama, beef from Ehime Prefecture, and seasonal vegetables purchased from local farmers.We want you to enjoy the delicious food of the season, so we change the menu once every three months. Doing. We use Tobeyaki, a pottery dish that Iyo is proud of, and we also offer Luan-style sea bream rice, which is unique to Ehime, which is famous for sea bream.
