★登録時、先に【大人様人数・日付】を打ちますと対応可能なプランが表示されるようになっております。
お子様プランやオプションメニューしか表示されない場合は大人様人数の登録が満たしていない為、大人様人数を増やす必要が御座います

・キッズプランのみ・オプションメニューのみでは御予約は承れませんのでご注意くださいませ。
・アルコールプランとソフトドリンクプランを混合してのご登録は出来なくなっております。
・未成年の方・妊娠されてる方・運転される方がいらっしゃる場合はソフトドリンク飲み放題への変更可能です。備考欄に人数と理由の記載をお願いいたします。
登録頂いた後にこちらで変更させていただきます。
・6歳以上のお客様はプランご注文が必須となります。
・単品メニューのみご注文は出来ませんので必ずプランをご選択くださいませ。
※テーブル席の位置の指定は出来ませんのでご了承くださいませ。

■ お持ち込みについて
・料理付きプランの場合は衛生上の観点から食材・ケーキ類含め、お持ち込みはお断りさせて頂いております。
※当日購入のカット野菜・カットフルーツ・お菓子（生クリーム除く）・飲み物のみお持ち込み可能です。
・食材を持ち込みで楽しみたいお客様はBBQ持ち込みプランをご利用くださいませ。
※持ち込みプランには注意事項が御座います、持ち込みプランを選択すると登録画面の下部に持ち込み可能食材・不可食材の詳細が表示されますのでご確認頂けたらと思います。
※包丁・まな板は施設内で利用禁止となりますので、カット済・すぐ焼ける状態の食材をお持ち込みとなります。

■お席について
・1ブース最大6～8名様となります。
※人数によって利用区画数が変わります。
・シェードテント+ローチェア・ローテーブル席(※1ブース2〜8名様)
・ビアテーブル席(6名掛け)×9テーブル
※お席の指定は行えませんのでご了承くださいませ。
※レイアウトや使用備品に関しましては予告なく変更になる場合が御座いますのでご了承くださいませ。

■キャンセルポリシー
・BBQ食材持ち込み予約をご注文の場合
　ご利用日前日18時以降のキャンセル料金はご利用料金の全額となります。

・料理付きのプランをご注文の場合
　4日前までのキャンセル料金はかかりません。
　3日前からキャンセル料金は半額発生致します。
　前日・当日のキャンセル料金は全額となります。
※台風発生時は2日前まではキャンセル料金は発生致しません。

※貸切の場合はどのプランをご利用でも開催の13日前からキャンセル料金50％、5日前から100％となります。
※日程変更や総額減少もキャンセルポリシーの対象となります。

■ 天候悪化（強風等）に伴う営業中止について
・悪天候の影響により、BBQ会場は安全上の理由から営業を中止することが御座います。
・ご来場後に天候が悪化し営業を中止する場合、ご利用料金を含むお支払い済みの各種代金のご返金は致しません。
・営業を中止した場合、日程を変更していただきご利用をお願い致します。
(営業中止の場合は事前にデポジット料金を頂戴し、次回開催時に差し引かせて頂きます)
あらかじめご理解のほどよろしくお願い致します。
・台風が発生した場合、2日前までのキャンセルには料金は発生致しませんが、前日および当日のキャンセルには100％キャンセル料金が発生致します。
