● If we are unable to contact you after the appointment time, it will be treated as a cancellation and you will be charged a cancellation fee (100%).
● If you do not contact us within 15 minutes of your reservation time, we will cancel your reservation and send someone else to your table.
● If the telephone number or e-mail address entered at the time of reservation is incomplete, your reservation may be cancelled.
● Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee (100%).
● Please be prepared in advance as you will need the reservation ID issued at the time of reservation when you enter the restaurant.
