▶ Seating
If you prefer counter seating, please select “Counter” when making your reservation.
If “Counter” is unavailable, the counter seats are fully booked and you will be seated at a semi-private table.
Please note that we may not always be able to accommodate your seating preference depending on availability.

▶ Course Menu
The course menu and number of dishes may vary depending on ingredient availability.
Please inform us in advance of any allergies or ingredients you do not eat.

▶ Children
Only guests of junior high school age or older who can order the same course as adults are permitted.
Children of elementary school age or younger are not permitted.

▶ For any inquiries or special requests regarding celebrations, please contact us by phone in advance.

▶ Reservations & Arrival
If we are unable to contact you within 30 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation may be treated as a cancellation. Please contact us if you are running late.
Hotel phone numbers cannot be used for reservations. Please provide a phone number where we can contact you directly.

▶ Cancellations & Changes in Party Size
Cancellations and changes to your reservation must be made at least two days in advance.
After this deadline, the following cancellation fees will apply based on the price of your selected course:

・One day before: 50%
・Same day: 100%

▶Service Charge
A 10% service charge will be added to your bill.

▶ Other Information
Please refrain from wearing strong fragrances, including perfume.
