Should you find yourself running late, we kindly ask that you contact us by phone before business hours. Please note that , our response may be delayed during our business hours as we focus on providing our full attention to guests at the venue. We appreciate your understanding.

▶ Reservations for the following month will begin on the 15th of each month (at 00:00 Japanese Standard Time).
▶ Reservations are limited to groups of no more than 4 people.
▶ Parties of 1-2 may be asked to share a table with others.
▶ If the phone number or email address provided with your reservation is incorrect, your reservation may be canceled. Kindly verify that your contact details are accurate.
▶The deposit paid to secure a reservation will be refunded once confirmation of the reservation is received. Please note that refunds for deposits made via debit card may take approximately two weeks to process.
▶ The course meal will commence at the scheduled time. Should you arrive late, the course may be altered to best fit your reserved time slot. Kindly note that any alterations will not lead to a change in the price.
▶ Failure to notify us of an absence may result in the inability to make future reservations.
▶ Please note that if you do not contact us within 10 minutes of your scheduled reservation time, we may need to cancel your reservation. If you anticipate being late, kindly reach out to us as soon as possible to avoid cancellation.
▶ Please be aware that we may not be able to accommodate specific seating requests. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
▶ Customers under the age of 20 are not permitted to enter.
▶ Customers ordering drinks only will be seated separately from dining guests at BELL SUSHI
▶ To request a birthday plate, please include your desired message in the request section.

Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee will apply starting from the day before your reservation:
• The day before (12:00 AM JST on the day before): 50%
• The same day (after 12:00 AM JST on the day of the reservation): 100%

▶ If you wish to cancel or reschedule your reservation, we kindly ask that you complete the process directly through TableCheck.
Please note that changes cannot be accommodated by phone or direct message.

▶ Kindly note that we may limit seating to 90 minutes during busy periods. We appreciate your understanding.
