Message from Venue
The "Bishojo Senshi Sailor Moon Museum Cafe" is available by advance reservation only (reservations can only be made online).
Please note that we do not accept reservation inquiries by phone.
Seats at the café are allocated on a 90-minute turnover basis (last orders are taken 40 minutes after the start of each session).
If you do not come to the restaurant within 15 minutes after the start time of each session without informing us, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Preschool children may enter the restaurant only if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.
If your preschool child also requires a seat, please make a reservation for the number of people seated at the table.
If you make a reservation for more than 5 persons, the tables will be divided. Please note that we cannot guarantee side-by-side seating in such cases.
Admission desk will open 15 minutes prior to the start time of each session.
Please refrain from lining up 20 minutes prior to the start time of each session, as it may obstruct traffic and neighboring stores.
Please refrain from trading (not limited to novelties) in the vicinity of the stores for the same reason.
Please note that the following items will be checked at the time of registration.
