Twice a day, Tuesday through Saturday:
1st session: 12:00 to 13:30 (90 minutes)
2nd session: 15:00 to 16:30 (90 minutes)

Up to 15 guests.

▶︎ Interpretation
English-speaking staff are available.

▶︎ Payment Method
Cash and credit cards are accepted.

▶︎ Seating Charge
A seating charge applies to guests aged 7 and older.

▶ Seat Assignment
Seats cannot be reserved in advance.

▶ If you arrive later than your reserved time on the day of the tour:
Please contact us at the email address provided below and wait for us at the meeting place.
Please understand that we cannot extend the closing time.

▶ If you need to adjust the number of guests in your party:
Increase: Please make an additional booking for the added guests and indicate in the request box that it is linked to your original reservation.
Decrease: Please make a new reservation for the updated party size and cancel the original reservation.

Please note that a cancellation fee may apply in accordance with our cancellation policy when the number of guests is reduced.

Please contact us using the email address provided at the bottom of this page.
We will promptly respond to your request during business hours.

If you cancel by yourself, you will be charged a cancellation fee in accordance with the cancellation policy.

▶ Cancellation Policy
Up to 31 days before the reservation date: 0%
30 to 4 days before the reservation date: 50%
Within 3 days of the reservation date (including the day of the reservation): 100%

▶Refunds
Refunds are calculated according to the above rates, excluding a 3.19% credit card transaction fee. Please note that the credit card transaction fee is charged at the time of payment.

If you are unable to attend due to a transportation accident or natural disaster, and you contact us by your reserved time and both parties agree, the cancellation fee may be waived.

▶ Corona Measures
We follow infection-prevention guidance from the Government of Japan and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. Measures such as mask wearing and hand sanitization are currently at customers’ discretion.
