▶If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, it will be considered a cancellation, and we will offer it to another customer.
*A cancellation fee of ¥5,500 (tax included) per person will be charged.

▶A music charge of ¥1,320 (tax included) per person will be applied.

▶During busy periods, usage is limited to 90 minutes.

▶Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating requests.

How to Redeem
As for the cancellation policy, no cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations up to 3 business days before the reservation date, but 100% of the fee will be charged as a cancellation fee for cancellations after that.

If you cancel without notice, we will charge a cancellation fee of 5,500 yen per person. Please note that we will also refuse your future reservations.
