▶Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating request.
▶If you are bringing children, please make your reservation based on the number of people including infants.

▶Please enter your child's age, whether you would like a child chair, and whether or not you will be bringing a stroller in the request field.
▶For prepaid plans, please note that refunds will not be provided even if you cancel after your reservation (payment) has been completed.
▶Prepaid plans cannot be combined with other discounts.

[Regarding BBQ Terrace Ablaze]
▶We will cancel the event in the event of bad weather such as strong winds, or if the probability of precipitation is 80% or higher as of 3:00 PM the day before.
▶If the event is canceled, we will contact those who have made a reservation. We will also contact you if the event cannot be held even if the probability is below 80%.
▶Business hours and dates may change depending on weather and other circumstances.

【Cancellation Policy】
For standard reservations, 100% of the reservation fee will be charged if no notice is given on the day of the reservation.

In addition, your reservation may be automatically canceled if you are 30 minutes late without notice.

For guests with prepaid reservations, 100% of the reservation fee will be charged from the time the reservation is confirmed.
