The Bokkee Kaiseki, where you can taste the ingredients of Okayama, is ideal not only for regular dinners, but also for meetings, celebrations, and other ceremonies. Appetizers using cherry boiled octopus from Shimotsui and Mamakari, sushi made mainly of fish from the Seto Inland Sea, boiled Spanish mackerel soybean milk in simmered dishes, and main grilled Spanish mackerel with cherry leaves wrapped in sushi Assorted Spanish mackerel and Temari sushi.
