[Important Notes Regarding Use]
●If you are late for your reservation, or if you are unable to come due to a reservation mistake or other reasons, we cannot reschedule, extend, or refund your reservation.
●Please wear socks when entering the premises. If you do not have socks, please purchase them for 250 yen.
●Please do not wear strong-smelling items such as perfume, as they are harmful to the animals.
●Any behavior that stresses our animals or disturbs other customers will be cautioned by our staff.
●If the behavior does not improve, you will be asked to leave the premises. In this case, no refund will be given.
●Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.
●Children under 1 year old are free of charge.
●If your child starts crying, please leave the room temporarily and return after they have calmed down.
●No refunds or extensions of usage time will be given for leaving the room.
●For groups of 19 or more, or for private reservations, please contact the store directly.
