Please enter the “Product ID,” “Ticket Number,” and “Issue Date” shown on the back of your ticket.
Please note that expired tickets cannot be used. Before making a reservation, be sure to check the expiration date on your ticket. If, upon arrival, a ticket is found to be expired or otherwise invalid, you will be required to pay for the visit on the day.
A 100% cancellation fee will be charged starting 3 days before your reservation date.
