This one-night-only collaboration dinner will combine the classic French cuisine of Ginza L'ecrin, which boasts over 50 years of history, with the modern Cantonese cuisine of Conrad Tokyo China Blue, complemented by the unique characteristics of indigenous grape varieties that can only be grown in Bodegas Viñátigo, Tenerife, Spain.
Fine Print
For one night only, Ginza Lecrin, a long-established Ginza grand maison, and Conrad Tokyo's China Blue, boasting modern and sophisticated Cantonese cuisine, will hold a special dinner. Founded in 1974, Lecrin has been a leader in Japanese French cuisine, and its classic cuisine and Chef Sugita's innovative approach will complement the light and modern flavors of China Blue. This special dinner will be complemented by wines from Bodegas Viñátigo, Tenerife, Spain. Crafted from phylloxera-free volcanic soil and rare indigenous grape varieties, these wines truly reflect the land's history and nature. On the day, we will welcome producers from Bodegas Viñátigo to share their insights into Tenerife's terroir and winemaking philosophy. Guests will also experience wine pairings with Lecrin and China Blue dishes. This unique evening of gourmet cuisine will combine French and Cantonese cuisine with wines from volcanic soil, which have recently attracted attention. This is a special collaboration dinner that wine lovers and food enthusiasts alike should definitely attend.
