ーーーーRequests for making a reservationーーーー
▶Any changes or cancellations to your reservation must be made 72 hours prior to your reservation date. Please note that 100% cancellation fee will be charged after that.

▶If the phone number or email address provided at the time of reservation is incomplete, the reservation may be treated as canceled. Please be sure to enter the correct phone number and email address.

▶Please note that we may not be able to accept future reservations for customers who do not come to the store without contacting us.

▶Seats cannot be specified using the web reservation system.

▶In principle, we do not allow children under high school age (16 years old) to visit our restaurant.

▶ Please make a reservation for 2 or more people.

--- About the dress code ---
▶ Crony recommends smart casual wear, and we recommend that men wear a jacket or collared shirt. Please refrain from wearing sportswear such as shorts, jerseys, sandals, and tank tops.
*Please note that we may refuse entry to the restaurant.

--- About visit time ---
▶ In order to provide comfortable service and food to all customers, we will adjust the visit time and the number of customers at the reservation stage. Therefore, even if you arrive earlier than your reservation time, we may not be able to guide you to your seat until the reservation time. In addition, we prepare the food and manage the ingredients according to the customer's reservation time, so if you arrive significantly late, we may not be able to provide the planned number of items.

Christmas course

Only the Christmas dinner course will be available on December 23 (Sat), 24 (Sun) and 25 (Mon), 2023.
A set menu with around 18 dishes and a bottle of Champagne (Bollinger Grande Annee 2014) for two people.
Fee: ¥80,000/2 persons (including consumption tax and mineral water)
An additional 10% service charge will be applied.
In addition, regarding Christmas dinner, there are some people who cancel last minute or are unable to come on the day of the reservation, so we will charge a cancellation fee from 7 days before the reservation date.

Collaboration dinner course

On February 10, 2024, only a collaboration dinner course with the restaurant Thevar in Singapore will be available.

It is a set menu with a glass of aperitif for your meal.

Price ¥33,000/person (consumption tax included)

A 10% service charge will be charged separately.

The cancellation policy is different from the usual time, and a cancellation fee will be charged from 7 days before the reservation date.

The collaboration dinner on February 10th will be a course that incorporates the specialties of both restaurants, so no changes can be made to the ingredients. Therefore, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we will not be able to accommodate any allergies or changes in ingredients, such as ingredients that you do not like, on the day of the event.

Requests

If any one in your group has food allergies or aversions, please let us know and specify how many people have. If none, please write "none". *Since it will be prepared in the entrusted course, we will order the ingredients and prepare the meal, taking into account the information you provided at the time of reservation.
Please be sure to fill in the allergies and weak ingredients of all visitors.
*We cannot accept changes to the meal content on the day.
*Vegetarian, gluten-free, halal, pescatarian, dairy allergy etc. cannot be accommodated.
*Please note that we may not be able to meet your requests if you have too many allergies (such as being unable to eat all seafood, all fish, all vegetables, and all meat).
A menu is prepared on the table for each customer.
We will provide them in Japanese or English, so please select the number of each required.
Example: When making a reservation for 3 people (Japanese 1, English 2)
*Additions or changes cannot be made after visiting the store.
*Please select according to the number of people in your reservation.
*We cannot prepare more than the number of people in the reservation.
If you are celebrating a special occasion such as a birthday or anniversary, we can prepare message plates with small cake for birthdays and anniversaries for ¥2,200 each (tax included).
Please write the contents of the message. (Alphabet only, within 25 characters) Example: Happy Birthday Lisa *Cannot be prepared on the day of your visit. If not required, please write "none".
We will prepare a message in one dessert in the course, so we can accept requests in joint names in the case of celebration of 2 people, but in that case, the plate will be for only 1 person. Please let us know if you want to prepare the plates separately.
