• This is the reservation form for the Nakasu-Kawabata location. Please make sure you select the correct location.
• Please be sure to use a credit card when making reservations via TableCheck.
• The amount paid during TableCheck reservation is a cancellation fee. This will be refunded by TableCheck after your visit is confirmed.
• Please pay for food and beverages directly at the restaurant on the day of your visit.
• Online reservations can be made until 22:00 the day before your visit.
• For Mizutaki orders, please order one portion per guest.
• If a child aged 12 or under consumes one portion of Mizutaki, they must be counted as an adult when making the reservation.
• For groups of 7 or more people, please contact the restaurant directly.
• Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests regarding seat assignments.
• If we do not receive contact from you within 15 minutes of your reserved time, the reservation may be canceled automatically. Please call us if you expect to be late.
• Please note that entry will not be permitted if you arrive after 20:30.
• The maximum allowed duration for seating is 2 hours (120 minutes).
• Reservations made through AutoReserve, an AI-based reservation service, cannot be accepted.

In case of cancellation, the following fees will apply:
Cancellations or changes in guest count on the day prior to or on the day of the visit: ¥4,450 per person
