Orders paid for in advance via credit card cannot be canceled. Please note that no cancellations or refunds will be issued (a 100% cancellation fee applies; credit card payments cannot be reversed or refunded). Refunds will also not be provided if you fail to pick up your order on the scheduled date without prior notice.

[Notes on handling food allergies at the restaurant] ・We check the ingredients used based on information from our suppliers and manufacturers, but we cannot completely prevent allergens from being mixed in. ・We wash the cooking utensils each time, but we use the same ones as other menus. In addition, since we cook in the same kitchen as other menus, there is a possibility that trace amounts of allergens may be mixed in during the cooking process. ・If you contact us in advance, we will inform you of the 28 specific ingredients contained in the dishes.
