▶ Online reservations can be made 90 days prior to your desired date of use.
▶ We only accept cashless payments at our venue.
▶ Even when opting for the “no-prep” plan, you may bring additional food and drinks.
(No extra charges apply.)
▶ It is not permitted to mix “no-prep” and “self-prepared” plans within the same group.
▶ For the “no-prep” plan, all members of a group must select the same plan.
▶ If your preferred arrival time isn’t listed, please specify it in the remarks section.
※ Regardless of arrival time, the end time must be strictly observed; extensions are not allowed.

▶ Operating hours and offerings may change occasionally.
▶ Guests using the BBQ service will be seated on the first floor (covered area) or second floor (open-air area); seat selection is not possible. Tables will be arranged according to group size.
▶ Please order one package per person in your group.
▶ Preschool-aged children may enter free of charge but are not counted toward seating or equipment allocation. If seats are needed for them, please select “food orders” or “reserve child seats.”
▶ Those planning to use the BBQ service should select “BBQ.”
▶ For party packages or private rentals, please choose “Second-floor Private Indoor Venue.”

【Cancellation Policy】
・2 days prior to the date: 50% charge
・Day of the event: 100% charge
※Cancellation fees also apply even if the number of guests decreases.

・Smoking in seating areas
・Bringing pets
・Actions disruptive to other guests
・Alcohol consumption by minors or designated drivers
・Use of stoves, generators, gasoline, or kerosene
