[Cancellation Policy]
For changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your reservation, 100% of the reservation fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

・Seating will be arranged according to the number of guests; please note that specific table requests may not be accommodated.
・The duration of the afternoon tea experience is limited to 2.5 hours.
・For parties of 7 or more, please contact us directly by phone.
・Discounted plans cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
・Terrace seating is not available for reservation during lunch hours, but we may be able to accommodate you on the day depending on the weather and availability. If you wish to be seated on the terrace, please inform our staff upon your arrival. (Afternoon Tea is served indoors.)
