Business Hours:
Lunch: Doors open at 12:00 PM, until 3:00 PM (Last Order 1:30 PM)
Dinner: Doors open at 6:00 PM, until 10:00 PM (Last Order 8:00 PM)
Closed: Every Monday *Until the end of May 2026. Starting in June, we will be closed every Wednesday

Chef Guillaume Bracaval crafts contemporary French cuisine at Michelin-starred est, which is known for its eco-conscious approach to fine dining. By sourcing 95% of ingredients locally, our team supports independent farmers, fishermen and foragers across Japan.

The following cancellation charges apply. (Please note that different rules apply for groups of 5 or more people, or for special events including Christmas.)
Please call us in case of cancellation from 3 days prior to the reserved date to the day of the reservation.
100% on the day
100% one day before and 2 days prior to the day of the event
50% 3 days prior to the day of the event
