Fuji Sushi ‐ Reservation Information‐
Notice Our restaurant is fully à la carte. There are no set courses or fixed start times. From our menu, you may enjoy seasonal nigiri and small dishes—whatever you like, as much as you like, at your own pace. As a guide, expect around ¥20,000 for 13 items, or around ¥30,000 for 20 items. For those who prefer to leave it to the chef, we also offer the Omakase Course (¥44,000, including a barachirashi to take home) and the Vegan Course (¥27,500).
