●Reservation times are estimates only. Entrance times may vary. Thank you for your understanding.
●Reservations on this page can be made up to 15 minutes in advance.
●Sales on the day will begin at 9:30 for the lunch session and 17:00 for the dinner session.
●We may not be able to seat customers who do not arrive at the appointed time. Thank you for your understanding. Please call us if you will be late.

<<Changes to reservation date, time, or number of people>>
We cannot accept changes to the number of people or date and time after a reservation has been made, for any reason. Please be sure to check before confirming your reservation.
If there is a change in the date, time, or number of people, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please cancel and make a new reservation.
In addition, the reservation fee does not include food and drink costs.

Requests

When you arrive, please speak to a member of staff without waiting in line.
Even if you arrive before your reservation time, we may be able to accommodate you, so please speak to a member of staff as soon as you arrive.
【About using the parking lot】
We do not reserve parking spaces for reservations.
If the parking lot is full, you will have to wait until one opens up.
If you end up being late because of parking, we will make it a consideration, so please rest assured.
When you arrive at our store, please tell a member of staff that you cannot park because the parking lot is full.


Please make sure to read the following before pressing the agree button.
① FastPass reservations do not guarantee parking or give you priority in parking.
② If the parking lot is full and you arrive late, we will help you find a parking spot without any problems. Please inform a staff member when you arrive and find a parking spot. Please rest assured that your reservation will not be treated as a cancellation.
Even if you fill out the request section, we may not be able to confirm the contents or respond to your request. In that case, please contact a staff member directly.
