◆We will call you to confirm your reservation by the day before your reservation.
Please note that if we are unable to contact you, we may be forced to cancel your order.
◆For counter reservations, all reservations will start at the same time as the reservation time.
Please be sure to contact us if you will be late.
In the unlikely event that there is a delay, we may be able to provide the service at a later date.

Reservations for 1 to 5 people
3 days in advance to the day before your reservation date and time: 50% of the meal fee
100% of the meal fee on the day
Reservations for 5 or more people
6 days before - 2 days before the reservation date and time: 50% of the meal fee
The day before your reservation - the day of your reservation
100% meal fee
*Cancellations, reductions in the number of people, and changes to reservation times can be made by phone. Changes may not be possible depending on the reservation status on the day.
