If you have any allergies, please write them down. (If you have no allergies, please write "none"). We may refuse your reservation if you have a wide range of allergies or dislikes. Our summer menu will be available from June. Some dishes use tomatoes and cucumbers. We will also be unable to accept reservations if you have any of the following: - Dairy allergies - Egg allergies (contamination of the food is unavoidable) - Soy allergies (if you wish to completely remove all soybeans, including seasonings such as soy sauce and miso) - Those who wish to remove fish stock and kelp stock - Vegan food - Those with contamination allergies Please note that we cannot accommodate requests made on the day of your reservation.
