◆ Seat Usage
・The allowed duration of stay at a table is 1 hour and 30 minutes for lunch and 2 hours for dinner. Depending on your reservation time, the allowable stay may be shorter to accommodate closing time, so please kindly note this in advance.
・Requests for specific seating arrangements cannot be accommodated. Please understand this in advance.
・During periods of intense sunlight, we may lower the blinds indoors.

◆ Cancellation Fees
・If you arrive more than 20 minutes late without prior notice, your reservation will be automatically canceled. Cancellation fees apply as follows: [100% of the total amount on the day of reservation; 50% if canceled the day before].

◆ Discounts & Special Offers
・These cannot be combined with each other.
・JR Hotel Members cards and discount coupons must be presented at the time of payment.
(Presenting them after payment will render them invalid.)
