Japanese restaurant "Sensui" will be serving teppanyaki dishes using French caviar for one night only on Saturday, February 22nd. <STURIA> Sturia is the premium range brand of Sturgeon, which began producing farmed caviar in the 1980s, mainly in the Gironde department of the Aquitaine region in southwestern France. Sturia's caviar is farmed with particular attention to the feed, water quality, and farm environment, and is used by chefs around the world, including star-rated chefs, as well as five-star hotels, first class airlines, and high-class retailers.
