プロヴァンスでは6月から７月にかけてラベンダー畑が見頃を迎え、人々を魅了します。また、プロヴァンスはロゼワインの産地としても知られ、初夏から夏にかけてロゼワインを楽しむ文化があります。

地中海の恵みを活かしたオリーブオイルや新鮮な野菜、ハーブを多用した料理が特徴で、素材の味を生かしたシンプルながらも深い味わいが魅力です。
お勧めのメインディッシュは柔らかくジューシーに焼き上げた仔羊のグリエ。プロヴァンスの代表的なラタトゥイユを添え、フレッシュな酸味が絶妙なハーモニーを奏でます。プロヴァンスの初夏の魅力、太陽の恵みを感じさせる逸品です。
