[Regarding reservations]
▶If you wish to make a reservation for 13 or more people, please contact us by phone.
▶All seats in all restaurants and bars are non-smoking. Smoking areas are available on the 1st floor outside the building and the 2nd floor inside the building.
▶We are unable to accommodate seating requests. Thank you for your understanding.
▶If you are more than 30 minutes late for your reservation without contacting us, your reservation may be automatically canceled. Please be sure to contact the restaurant if you wish to cancel or change the number of people.
▶Please note that online reservations cannot be used in conjunction with accommodation package plans.
▶[3 hours free hotel parking] Guests who wish to use this service should bring their parking ticket to the restaurant.

■ This plan allows access to the kids’ playroom after enjoying the lunch buffet. Access prior to the buffet is not permitted, so please note this in advance.
■ Check-in for the kids’ playroom is at the “Kids Playroom” on the 4th floor.
■ The usage time for the kids’ playroom included in this plan is 1 hour.
■ Parking fees: 3 hours free for restaurant guests + additional 1 hour free for kids’ playroom usage.

[Usage conditions]
■ Age limit for the kids’ playroom: 0–17 years old.
※ Each activity has its own age restrictions; please be aware of this in advance.
■ One adult (guardian) may accompany up to 3 children.
■ Minors must be accompanied by an adult (guardian) at all times.
■ Use of the kids’ playroom by adults alone is not permitted; children must accompany them.

[Important notes]
● Kids’ playroom operating hours: 10:00–18:00 (last entry at 17:00); open year-round.
■ Shoes are strictly prohibited in the kids’ playroom. Wearing socks is recommended (socks are also available for purchase at check-in).
■ Bringing food into the playroom is not allowed.
■ Drinks may be brought in only if they are in sealed containers such as water bottles or pet bottles.
■ Switching guardians during usage is not permitted; doing so will incur a new admission fee.
■ In principle, leaving the playroom mid-session is not allowed; please understand this in advance.
■ Online multiplayer games and paid features cannot be used in the game area.
