About Cancellation Fees
Please note that if you cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged.
・No notice or cancellation on the day: 100% of the reservation fee
・Cancellation the day before: 50% of the reservation fee
However, in special cases such as individual adjustments based on advance consultation, 100% of the reservation fee will be charged from 7 days prior.
*Cancellation fees will be calculated from the day we receive notice of cancellation.
