We have prepared a Christmas cake limited to NAMIKI667. This year's "Strawberry Shortcake" is made with organic ingredients. Moist sponge dough baked with organic sugar is placed in a chocolate case made from Valrhona Oriles, which uses brown sugar. Organic vanilla syrup is put into the dough, and fresh strawberries are sandwiched with vanilla whipped cream. We use organic sugar and vanilla.
