▶About Hyoue’s Riverside Dining
Rest assured, all seats are located beside the river.
All seats are equipped with tables and chairs.
The seating arrangement is spacious, allowing you to enjoy a quiet time.

▶Reservation Rules
Please be sure to select (order) both the meal and the method of visit. Reservations made only for the method of visit will be invalid.
Within the same group, we ask that everyone orders the same meal.
We cannot accommodate seating preferences. Please understand this in advance.

▶Usage Notes
A separate service charge of 10% is applied to all courses.
If you cannot arrive on time for your reservation, please be sure to contact us. (Your reservation may be treated as a cancellation)
If you wish to cancel, please do so by 17:00 the day before. (After this time, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged)

▶In Case of Rain
In the event of rain or immediately after rain, we may not be able to prepare the riverside dining area.
If we determine that there is a risk to riverside dining operations due to river water levels or other natural disasters, we will serve meals inside the building.

▶Other Information
We may not be able to accommodate depending on the number and age of children, and your preferred date and time.

Additionally, if there is a risk to riverside dining operations due to river water levels or other natural disasters, we will serve meals inside the building. Please be aware of this in advance. [From October to April (outside the riverside dining period), meals will be served indoors.

Reservations without an accompanying "set menu" order will be considered invalid and will be automatically cancelled.

Additionally, entering your card information at the time of online reservation will result in a temporary hold of the amount. Payment is requested on-site on the day of your visit. (The amount temporarily held will be refunded after the store processes the release of the temporary hold following your visit.)

Reservations for ordering only the grilled sweetfish will be invalid. *Please be sure to make a reservation for the course meal.
