〇About weekday business hours
・During normal business hours, you can visit without making a reservation.
・Admission fee: 1000 yen + 1 order per hour.
└Prices include "Gallery admission fee" and "Service fee".
・During busy times, the time limit will be 120 minutes.
*Additional food and drinks can be ordered on-site.
Please pay for additional orders together with the admission fee after your meal.
*Please note that there is no separate accounting.

〇About business on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
・Advance reservations are required for 90 minutes.
・In addition to food and drinks, you will be charged a cafe usage fee of 3,000 yen per person.
└Price includes "Gallery admission fee", "Service fee" and "Drink fee (for one drink)".
・One random coaster will be included as a bonus with your drink.
*Additional food and drinks can be ordered on-site.

《Visiting the store》
〇 Business hours on weekdays
・Free entry without reservations. Please speak to the reception staff when you visit.
・If the store is full, a waiting line will be formed in front of the store entrance, so please follow the staff's instructions.
・If the waiting line becomes longer than expected, the line formation may be temporarily suspended.

〇 Business hours on weekends and holidays
・Line-up will begin in front of the store entrance 15 minutes before the reservation time.
・When the time comes, we will guide you in order of entry.
・Please do not line up more than 15 minutes before your reservation time as it will cause inconvenience to neighboring stores.
・If more than 15 minutes have passed since your reservation time, your reservation will be canceled.

・Reservations are accepted from 00:00 two weeks in advance, up to two hours before the reservation.
*Reservations after February 1st are not currently being accepted. The official X (@imaginary_base) will inform you of the start date of reservations. Please wait for further information.

・We do not accept reservations or information on availability over the phone. Thank you for your understanding.
Please make reservations through this website.
・Reservations can be made for up to two people per application.
・We may not be able to accommodate your request for seating. Thank you for your understanding.
・If the name on your reservation does not match the information of the customer who visits the restaurant, you may be refused entry.

《Cancellation/Changes》
・If more than 15 minutes have passed since the reservation time, your reservation will be canceled.
・If you wish to change your reservation, please cancel the reservation by the day before the reservation date and make a new reservation.
Please note that if a reservation is cancelled, the seat may be filled.
・After your reservation is completed, a reservation ID will be issued.
You may need your reservation ID when you visit, so please be prepared to show the email containing your reservation ID before coming to the store.

《About visiting the store》
Our store is located on the second floor and can only be accessed by stairs.
Please note that there is no elevator.
