[Cancellation policy]
(1) Please contact us by the day before the reservation date for cancellation.
*Cancellations can be made on this page, by phone, fax or email.
(2) If there is no contact on the day and more than 20 minutes have passed since the reservation time,
we will treat it as a cancellation without notice.
(3) Regarding cancellation of reservation, the following cancellation fee will be charged from the reservation date.
