Online reservations are accepted from one day to two months in advance, for a maximum of six people including children.

Please call us to make a reservation more than two months in advance, or if your party includes more than six people.

●We will confirm your reservation by e-mail or phone. Please make sure that your contact information is correct, and allow emails from ‘@imahan.com’ to be delivered to your inbox. Your reservation is not guaranteed until confirmed by a member of our staff.
●There is no private room at our shop. Seats are for chair seats only.
●A 10% service charge will be added to your final bill.

[Cancellation policy]
(1) Please contact us by the day before the reservation date for cancellation.
*Cancellations can be made on this page, by phone, fax or email.
(2) If there is no contact on the day and more than 20 minutes have passed since the reservation time, we will treat it as a cancellation without notice.
(3) Regarding cancellation of reservation, the following cancellation fee will be charged from the reservation date.
