Online reservations are accepted from one day to two months in advance, for a maximum of eight people including children.
Please call us to make a reservation more than two months in advance, or if your party includes more than eight people.

●We will confirm your reservation by e-mail or phone. Please make sure that your contact information is correct, and allow emails from ‘@imahan.com’ to be delivered to your inbox. Your reservation is not guaranteed until confirmed by a member of our staff.

●A 10% service charge will be added to your final bill, excluding any private room fees.

Private dining rooms are available for parties up to 24.
Private dining rooms incur an additional fee of 1,100 yen to 6,600 yen per room at dinnertime, depending on the room. There is no fee at lunchtime.

Cancellation Policy

1. Reservations may be cancelled by e-mail, telephone, fax or via this page up to one day before the date of your reservation.
2. Late arrivals exceeding 20 minutes with no notice will result in a cancellation of your reservation and the no-show cancellation fee.
3. Cancellation fees:
● Up to one day before: no fee
● The day of: 50% of the cost of your reserved meal
● No-show: 100% of the cost of your reserved meal
If no meal was reserved we will apply the cost of a standard meal.

Cancellation fees may change without notice.
